Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at orders@thebizeeco.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Change of heart
Because kits are handmade to order and contain consumable dough, we're generally unable to accept returns of opened kits for hygiene reasons. If your kit is unopened and you reach out within 14 days of delivery, we'll accept a return — you cover return shipping, and we refund the item cost once it arrives back to us.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, processed securely through Square. Refunds typically appear within a few business days of approval.
